keyboard doesnt work and activation not working properly

hello. i have problem with activation and keyboard connection.

i have keyboard bluetooth Bk3001 i have xiaomi mi mouse with bluetooth

if i connect to my phone everything is working

when i open panda apk and click activation with pc everything works but if i unplug usb cable then activation is off

wifi activation not working anyway

when i leave usb cable plug in to the pc and activate then panda is activate and play the game. mouse is working but keyboard doesnt work. when i fast unplug the usb cable and plug wired keyboard for this few second activation another keyboard doesnt work too.

i have huawei p30 pro with android 10

i order panda usb and wait for packcage maybe maybe.

if there any option to put files acitivate.bat and other to usb stick and put to phone and run the .bat files automaticly? i try with some apk to run bat file but doesnt work :P

I have the same issue on a Huawei MediaPad M6 tablet! I tried the original magnetic keyboard, a generic cheap keyboard and I even bought a One-Handed Keypad from Matics Gaming! Nothing works, other apps work fine with all keyboards, I even tested the com.tencent.gamestick.apk and all keyboards get mapped correctly on that one so I can't understand how Panda Mouse Pro can charge 4$ for an app that doesn't work on Huawei or Xiaomi devices! Fix it!
