keyboard not working

normal dell external keyboard not working in samsung f62 8gb device. can any one have solution for this how to solve

note 1 : only WASD working on keymapping or without key mapping

note 2 :after placing a key mapping button on any of thing as bag or crouch etc keyboard not working
