Ichimoku

As you probably know, Ichimoku is one of the most popular indicators in the world, so I feel that it is worthy of being in the Indicators package.

This implementation should be complete except that I have not implemented the forward looking kumo, but I expect that it will be useful for most people that use Ichimoku. Hopefully there are no bugs...

I have not changed the version of the package, I don't know your system for this.
