Add ChatGPT to parse user request

I, as a User, would like to tell the bot that "I want to visit a in the next <2 weeks> between and hours, excluding " and the bot would parse that with a chatgpt to parameters of usual monitoring with a confirmation.

User might have to provide it's own OpenAI key and or use public AIs, like Bard/Bing/etc. Use-case: User could use a Speech-To-Text on his phone to enter the data, that would be parsed by GPT. Useful on the go.
