update package management/ added Bit + Yarn

Added Bit which helps to share components and modules directly from any existing project's structure and track changes between repositories. Shared code can also be installed with NPM / Yarn from the Bit open hub.

Added Yarn - Fast, reliable and secure package managment.

Isn't Yarn kinda redundant since NPM stepped up their performance and security since v5?
