If I recall correctly, @dyphire uses this extension of vscode-google-translate in vscode for translation.

There is nothing essential, this is a project maintained out of personal interest, and any needs or burdens beyond personal energy cannot be met. As I have mentioned more than once: #37 , https://github.com/dyphire/mpv-config/discussions/79#discussioncomment-9136957
The charm of an open source community lies in the fact that anyone interested can maintain it and choose to open merge requests for it. The fact that the English branch has not been updated for a long time not only means that my personal energy is limited, but also means that no one has enough interest in it to be willing to invest their time in improving it.
As @Zabooby mentioned mentioned above, the way to contribute to this is not complicated, it just takes time and effort.
It is important to note that the requirements for the English branch to submit PR do not need to be consistent with the master branch, as long as the changes are justified they will be approved and merged.
After @Zabooby contribution to the English branch, I have updated the English branch with the latest contents of the master branch. Possible omissions and bugs cannot be ruled out, so please give feedback if you encounter them.
There is no guarantee that the English branch will be updated next time.
