New search engine: replace swish-e with recoll (xapian based)

Following up on a recent fix of swish-e search facility for tombs, I stumbled into a problem for index compression on large files (took note in commit b8447dbf24731c4ca263).

After some testing and evaluation I started missing the good experience that Xapian offers when compared to the older swish-e search engine and found out that recoll comes pretty handy with a range of filters that covers even more file formats.

I am now planning to substitute our local (off-line) search engine for files into tombs with recoll http://www.lesbonscomptes.com/recoll/index.html any help in this direction is welcome.
