Support for AppEngine application installations from the Dynatrace Hub

I'd like to install AppEngine apps via Terraform, and as far as I can see this isn't currently supported, although if I've missed something then please let me know.

I'd like a new resource to be introduced allowing AppEngine Apps to be installed, as well as a data lookup that allows finding apps by name in the Hub

Additional context I'm not sure if this is even supported by the API currently, I can't see anything explicitly for appengine apps, but it may be supported under something else.
