Links on metric dimensions & Export capability

Hello, customer(s) asked if we can have hyperlinks for entities, requests, etc. within the list on Explorer chart instead of hovering+clicking on the graph. It's similar to what we used to have on Custom Charts.

Secondary request is to be able to export data from charts, ui tables instead of using APIs. This is a direct customer request and they framed it as 'not all users are developers and experts in API. SO they need easy way of grabbing the data from Dynatrace.'
