large values for the Pinball env

Hello, @jcallaham

By running the Pinball Re=30 or Re=130 with the default initial field, I observe very large values of the observation at the beginning. It looks like it is independent of the mesh (I tried with a coarse and the fine mesh), see above for 0.2s:
