SimplePrint js example added

This PR includes a simple JavaScript example that takes the XML included in a local .js file and prints it with the first available printer. Although the 3 available JavaScript examples provide a variety of functionalities, they could be difficult and complex to begin with. The SimplePrint provides the absolutely required actions to print a label. More info is provided in the README.md file.
