Linux support?

Can we expect Linux support? As a developer I have a hard time developing and testing functionalities without proper Linux support. I am connecting to a windows laptop over the network where I am sharing my local environment to over the network. Its allot of hassle to setup.

TL;DR: Linux support would be awesome!
