[WISHLIST] We need a better notebook icon

The current notebook icon (from http://www.mricons.com/icon/123306/48/notepad-icon) doesn't match the rest of the application or follow the Tango guidelines, and it looks too plain. A new icon would be nice to have.

Because we now retrieve the actual notebook icons from the device, this issue really only applies to the default notebook icon that's only used if the actual icon can't be retrieved. It would still be nice to have a better default icon.
