Change executable name to ppx

Right now, users of the ppx have to do @dylanirlbeck/tailwind-ppx/tailwind-ppx. Instead, I'd like the path to be @dylanirlbeck/tailwind-ppx/ppx (or ../ppx.exe for Windows).
