Pending order email reminders for clients

Someone (not sure if they want their name public) emailed me with the suggestion of adding functionality to allow sending an email reminder to clients with pending order(s) every day until their pending order(s) are cancelled.

Should allow the module user to configure the reminder frequency and email message contents.
