Added automatic build of code and some minor cosmetic

Used Dylans extract funtion to generate "pure_bash.sh" file with code extracted to be easily sourced into bash. Some cosmetic change to easier read code, as well as rapport from test_reverse_array() and test_remove_arrays_dups() to be compatible with bash 5.0.
