if we have the repo name can we lookup the migration id?
We're going to put this item back on the backlog due to it being more work than anticipated. Will revisit in the future.
I can see the value, but we don't currently have any automation that works against release pipelines in GEI (i.e. rewire-pipeline doesn't work with release pipelines AFAIK).

I could see the value in having our CLI delete it as soon as we know we are finished with it though. cc @roferg and @timrogers for more opinions.
