[Feature]: add a Settings screen accessible directly in the home screen

When you start the game it's easy to find out how the ship can be moved and that you can shoot using the spacebar. But how can bombs be places? Checking the code you find out it's "b" on the keyboard.

😍 Describe the solution you'd like

On the start screen a third button next to "Start Game" and "Quit" called "Info" could explain the controls.

I would also suggest to directly be able to change the language in this new Settings screen because now it looks like this the home screen (full of information), so the goal would be to remove the button to select the language in the home screen, and have a special BUTTON between the two buttons of "Play" and "Quit" to go to the Settings of the game, show controls, change language and change the music as well :

I think there should be also a Button to Reset the Progress in unlocking ships and reset the Highscore. Many Videogames have a Button like this.

I would also add to show in this new screen our highest score and all the coins we earned, to at least easily know how many coins we earned so far to be able to unlock specific spaceships.
