<abstract-integer> not documented

There are references to :drm:`<abstract-integer>` and :class:`<abstract-integer>` in the docs, neither of which exists.

(Why don't we get a warning from make html? Is it a bug in dylan.domain?)

Possibly resolved by changing references to ``<abstract-integer>`` but I'm not sure yet.

$minimum-integer and $maximum-integer, on the other hand, should definitely be documented.
