同一节点，pc上wifi网络下使用v2rayn没有任何问题。所以应该是exclave或者安卓手机的问题，测试过手机版v2rayng，wifi网络下也不能连接。但是exclave每次清除数据后能正常使用一段时间又不能用了，另外更新的时候刚更新完也能正常使用一段时间，然后又不能用了，如此循环往复。

I am using 0.13.13 for SSH tunnel and it has high power consumption in my Android 11 (Samsung A20). 
使用环境：ColorOS15，android15 关闭控制中心磁贴后VPN仍然连接中，具体表现为服务已停止(已无法连接外网)，但是系统VPN服务仍然在连接中，需要手动强行停止应用才可以。
