Missing "2" in equation

Hi Rodney, I was looking over your awesome APG notes to amend some missing equations and whatnot for my own evolution course. (I cannot overstate how useful your notes and code are--thank you!) In section 9.2.2 Variance Effective Population Size, the first equation for allele variance should, I think, maybe have a 2Ne in it. Either way, take a look and let me know!
