[Feature Request] Minimum Note size to save cursor position or other filters

Hi, thanks for the useful plugin! It's a shame this isn't a core feature yet...

I'd love to be able to set a minimum note size (in number of lines) for filtering notes in which the cursor position is saved. This would be handy since for many of my shorter notes I care a lot about the properties, so it makes sense to open the note at its start. Meanwhile, it makes sense for larger notes to save the position to decrease the amount of scrolling needed to get back to where I've left off.
