I would really, really like this feature, as well. I usually think of "Settings" as relatively static, but the things I'm finding and replacing change constantly. It would be nice if this worked in a way similar to other find/replace implementations, with some type of popup or sidebar option to specify the parameters currently in settings.

That said, the regex support is fantastic. Thanks so much for writing this!
