[Suggestion] Add "go to tab" functionality

Thank you for an awesome extension!

How about Ctrl+P to go to any open tab with fuzzy search? ;)

I was playing with new browser https://vivaldi.com/ (opera successor). One of their main feature is "Quick Commands", which is essentially the same command palette. Their have this feature (but no fuzzy search unfortunately). It's really changed the way, how I navigate between tabs.

As far as I can see, the way to bring that up is to call the palette with Ctrl+P and then type T (for Tab: Switch To) and Enter.

Here is the place where it detects Ctrl+P, you can see that there are no other global keybindings: https://github.com/senorsombrero/CCP-Command-Palette/blob/master/js/hud.js#L34
