Need assistance with module continuous-integration

Describe the issue i couldn't work on terminal from last 3 days i see same error message with status code 500.

Expected behavior i would like to practice the provided module.

Additional context i would like to continue my practice from continuous integration i got structed at this stage, couldn't move forward.
