Investigate & study the possibility of using the Action icon in other components

We are currently only using our internal DxcActionIcon in the tables and the TextInput. I think we should consider the possibility of using it in other components where a very similar button is been used. The list of possible components could be:

1. Alert (close button)
2. Dialog (close button)
3. Date Input (picker)
4. File Input (file items)
5. Header
