Review Toggle Group design specifications

Right now, each individual toggle element with icon is using margin-right on the icon to simulate the prop gap that separates said element with the toggle label. It would be far more intuitive if we could take away that margin and, instead, add an 8px gap to the container.

This is something that is also happening in other components, especially on form components such as Text, Password, Number and Date input.
