New status for scratch orgs

Describe the feature When I'm running sfdx sfpowerscripts:pool:list there is no status that describe if the scratch org had all packages deployed. It might be the case that some errors happened when deploying/installing some artifacts.

Expected behavior Having a new status "Error" that means that scratch org failed partially to deploy.
