Offboarding checklist
We need to have an offboarding checklist so that any dwyler (freelancer or otherwise) officially going to work with another organisation for however long is able to ensure that there are no dependencies on them for the key things.
Examples of things to include:
- Transfer ownership of all heroku accounts
- Make sure that all account details for all projects are updated in the relevant google docs
- Check through all issues and PRs assigned to you and provide some conclusion to them
- Make sure all expenses are put through accurately
- 'Exit' interview
