Process handbook structure
The handbook, arguably the most useful resource in the entire business, is getting a bit unwieldy and could do with some structure.
I'll make some suggestions below, then update this comment with tasks.
Currently...
- The main repo readme is actually our
Scrum Master🏉 process - could this be part of a wider project management document? @iteles Finances.mdis a mammoth 🐘 , covering everything from invoicing clients to corporation tax. My suggestion is that we make folders and populate as follows:
- Finances
- Accounting
- Bookkeeping
- Reports
- Refunds etc.
- Tax
- VAT return
- Corporation tax
- R&D credits (coming soon)
- Invoicing
- Receivable
- Payable
- Billable expenses (coming soon)
- General
- International Payments
- Legals
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Accounting
- Our People (HR)
- Holidays
- Payroll
- Development & Design
- Scrum Mastery
- Design sprints
- Personas

Everything in the "process handbook" repository should have been in "HQ". I regret not making that clearer. 😞
