Universally unique invoice numbers

As a finance person, I would like to have universally unique invoice numbers for each contractor.

(It's an open question as to how valuable this is since all new invoices are searchable from within Xero, but with the new financial year starting in a couple of weeks, now is a good time to set this up.)

We will develop a better solution for this, but for now, the volume of invoices is such that they are easily searchable and we need to refocus efforts elsewhere.
