Incorrect wording on PR message

I recently received the following message screen shot 2017-08-16 at 16 33 52

The only issue here is that I've already assigned the assignee so maybe that text can be removed if the assignee is already provided. (maybe wrap the text in a conditional statement? 😊 )

@sohilpandya just to clarify - in this case was there a reviewer and assignee without an awaiting review label?
