@Charlotteis A really GREAT post, thanks for sharing!

We are working on getting our website up (the current brochureware is something we put up quickly to have something to point people to at a conference) and we will be insisting on accessibility. But this issue is around having a blog post we can point clients to that they understand accessibility and why it's required.

I wrote a draft for this on google docs which @rub1e took a look at and gave some feedback. It's not progressed further yet.
