@Cleop to see if redesign is over 100kb for individual page loads and which pages need to be looked into further

The Inclusive classrooms image was over 100kb alone, this has now been reduced. The files are still over 100kb in total on the landing page. They total approx 230kb. Will need to reduce the image sizes to lower this without compromising on quality. Attempted this using a basic photo editor and found the quality was too diminished.

Will look into https://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php and https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/performance/optimizing-content-efficiency/image-optimization and see if there's a better way without reducing quality.

Could also remove font awesome if I had some replacement icons...
