User Katherine in #119 suggested an FAQ section. No time for this in the short term but thoughts?

A FAQ section would be fantastic. did Katherine have a specific question we could get started with...?

@nelsonic some questions could be: How is cost calculated, how are features decided, how can I communicate with the developers, how long from concept to starting code, do I need a designer/is there a design service dwyl offers?
