Embeddable Web Client to Enhance Existing Web Apps/Sites with Chat

This is not a new feature; there are existing apps (entire businesses!) focussed on this idea. What is new is how we handle the chat. We worked in/with B2C Companies where some sort of Chat-Support was included on the Website or App, but the workflow for replying to customer requests was (and still is) fundamentally flawed.
