checksum change needs to be documented

The move to ark and the change to require an attribute of the checksum for the tgz file should be documented.

This entire change to using ark for the tarball download is causing more problems than it solved to be honest.

@dwradcliffe Your checksum attribute is totally wrong in the attributes. For those wondering like I was how to get this pile to work:

• The checksum for "https://archive.apache.org/dist/lucene/solr/4.10.4/solr-4.10.4.tgz" is in SHA-256. The real, correct checksum value is: ac3543880f1b591bcaa962d7508b528d7b42e2b5548386197940b704629ae851
• Set this value in your override attributes until this bug is fixed.
