I have a use-case where I want to wait for a process to stop listening to port X, would you mind this functionality if I submit a PR?
But I would suggest --invert just as that word might be a bit more usual (just thinking of grep which uses the terminology --invert).
Cool! I'm gonna see in the next if I actually need it - will either do a PR or close this issue. :)
I think --invert is the closest to what I've seen for other tools!
