Error Installing OpenShift

I am trying to install openshift within existing VPC and I have modified the Terraform, The "build Infrastructure" is success then I messed somewhere and unable to run "build openshift" due to Permission denied (publickey). I used my own keypair to build the infrastructure. Will you point out the issue? Thank you!!!
