Extension not showing in server manager after successful build

Version of SharpShell used: 2.4.3.0

Description of issue When I build this solution and try to load the extension dll into the server manager I dont see the extension appear in the list as per the instructions from this article (https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/545781/NET-Shell-Extensions-Shell-Icon-Overlay-Handlers)

I'm on Windows 10 Home x64
