Add Finagle's Law

Finagle's law is a slightly less common (but still often used) expansion of Murphy's Law first proposed by Larry Niven^{[citation needed]}. In short -

The perversity of the universe tends towards a maximum.

It expands upon Murphy's Law by allowing for things going terribly right.
