magmi 0.7.22 with magento 1.9.3.1

Hi; For one week i tried at least 20 new installation of different magento versions from 1.9.0 to 1.9.3 i tried it with magmi 0.7.22 and 0.7.23 no success i cant figure it out, it is driving me mad. it still shows "Profile Config not saved yet" changed permission as suggested in the forums, no success

i tried it on local installation, vidahost shared server and digital ocean the same problem,

If anybody comes across this issue i willl apprciate if the suugest a solution.regards
