Wording on Demo References

Application In the demo README.rst, the choice of the word "References" can be misleading as people may believe the code is reproducing the paper listed in References, rather than simply acknowledging the paper as a citation.

Proposed Solution Perhaps consider using the phrase "Inspired by" instead.

Note: I personally prefer the term "References" as it is a fairly standard word to refer to a citation. I would also be open to "Further Information" or "Citations" as these also seem like common phrases to refer to a citation. I am reluctant to use "Inspired by" as to me, it seems like an unusual way of referring to a citation.

Anyway, I wanted capture this feedback that I have received from others in the form of an issue.
