Big Sur - no music

The standalone app has everything working except the music. The music Play button is even greyed out, next and previous buttons don't do anything. All the ambience frames are working. The web browser version plays with no issues.

Tried both methods, from the dmg and from homebrew, same behaviour.

I'm running macOS Big Sur 11.3, sudofm is version 1.5 (7).

This problem is also happening on macOS Monterey.

Any fix for this? macOS Monterey still faces this issue.
