Saved sessions lost after closing browser.

Describe the bug

I decided to close safari to update the app and when I opened the browser back up, none of the sessions I had saved were there anymore. I tested this again and sure enough, If I close safari after saving a session, they don't appear in the drop down menu. How do I restore or at least find the data on my Mac for these sessions.

Desktop:

• OS: macOS High Sierra 10.13.6
• Browser: Safari
• Version: 13.1.2
