Clickable area indication on empty spaces

Describe the bug

There are indications that an area is clickable although I only click on empty spaces in the apps settings/informations.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the apps settings/informations
2. Click on the left or on the right side of the top bar
3. Notice the clickable area indications although there are no clickable elements there.

Expected behaviour

There shouldn't be a clickable area indication on elements that are not clickable.

Desktop:

• Device: MacBook Air late 2020
• OS: macOS Monterey
• Version 12.5
