Dropbox icon does not adhere to Menu Bar properly

Describe the bug

Dropbox icon doesn't stay in the same place

Steps to reproduce

Whenever you restart your Mac, the dropbox icon always stays in the hidden part of HiddenBar instead of being positioned outside of it.

Expected behaviour

The dropbox icon should stay wherever it is positioned. For example, if I take it out of the collapsed part of HiddenBar, it should stay out of the collapsed part of HiddenBar.
