Same issue on my end!
The same issue here, all I want is the icons back to uninstall this.
@studiohansen / @patster98 did you find any way to get hidden icons back?
I hit this as well. The only way I could find to get the icons back was to quit Hidden Bar.
Deleting the .app and reinstalling from the app store made the bad behavior persist. I'm not sure where the settings are for this app or I would try deleting them to be able to start over and never enable this problematic setting. I'll just have to keep it uninstalled until I find a solution.
@altano Try right-clicking the "<" button (not the separating bar) when the "hidden" area are expanded might help this issue. (Although I admit it is really buggy)
Whoops, I misunderstood my issue and your right-click suggestion helped me figure it out: the apps didn't get permanently hidden, they just got lost behind my notch. Hidden Bar doesn't work with the notch.
I lost most icons, TopNotch won't work now... It should appear in menu bar but doesn't It doesn't open at all, and doesn't show in menu bar...
The repo/dev should get banned from here.
Is there a way to revert menu bar ? I used app cleaner to remove this app files, still broken menu bar...
