Hidden Bar from brew not notarized

Describe the bug

Hidden Bar.app installed from brew install --cask hiddenbar is not notarized.

Steps to reproduce

% spctl -a -t exec -v /Applications/Hidden\ Bar.app
/Applications/Hidden Bar.app: rejected

Expected behaviour

App runs without security exception.
