I understand, thank you. Switching the "File System Watcher" from "Native operating system APIs" to "Experimental filesystem watching library" in the core-settings seems to do the trick.

Workaround: Option "Similar Suggestion Removal" in autocomplete-plus packages removes the solargraph-dublicates.
